The Summer Power 10 saw some shake ups this week and here’s look at how who went up and who went down. Both of the top undefeated teams suffered a loss last week but still but sporting a 10-1 record. West Bend East and South Milwaukee continue be the surprises of this summer, both playing very good baseball.
