The Sharks return a strong nucleus of players in the face of 10 departing SRs from a lower state finals team a year ago.  Coastal Carolina recruit Ethan Salak (RHP/OF, 2021) will lead the way on the mound and a solid core of MIF in Nick Smith (2B/SS, 2019) and Andrew Leo (SS/RHP, 2019) will anchor the defensive efforts. The St. James offense will look to reload with a stable of left handed bats (up to 7 in the line up at one time). Nikko Andre (C, 2020) and Austin Short (C, 2019) will shore up the catching duties. Traditionally, Coach Centracchio’s teams play strong defense and compete with high energy, this year should be much of the same for Sharks fans.
