Coming off a 33 win season and State Semifinal appearance, expectations are high this spring as Greenup County returns their entire roster from that 2015 squad. To say they have picked up right where they left off would be an understatement.

The Musketeers have won 15 consecutive games to start the season, and in the process have risen from No. 8 in our Preseason Power 25 to the top spot this week. They traveled to Vero Beach, FL. last week where they compiled an impressive 6-0 record before returning home on Sunday. Not only did the six wins include victories against out of state competition, but the Musketeers also defeated No. 6 West Jessamine and No. 25 Johnson Central in returning home undefeated. Greenup County has outscored opponents by a whopping 142-33 margin in their 15 wins.

For their performance on the field, the Greenup County Musketeers have been selected as the PBR Kentucky Team of the Week for April 4-9.
