University School of Jackson had an impressive week last week that began with a pair of run-rule victories over Rossville Christian before they traveled to Nashville for three games over the weekend.

That trip began with two wins on Friday as the Bruins defeated defending Class AA State champion CPA 9-3 and followed that up in the nightcap with a 9-2 win over Brighton. USJ completed their three-game sweep in Nashville with a 12-0 win over Nashville Christian on Saturday.

For the week, USJ outscored their opponents by a whopping 58-13 margin to run their record to 15-3 on the season. The Bruins return to action tonight with a 6:30 PM home matchup against St. George’s.

For their accomplishments on the field, the University School of Jackson Bruins have been selected as the PBR Tennessee Team of the Week for April 4-9.
