OXFORD, AL - The Top Prospect Games (Upperclass) was held on Tuesday, June 13th at Choccolocco Park in Oxford, AL. This event was an invite-only event that consisted of some of the top prospects from the 2024 and 2025 classes. These players went through a pro-style workout and took batting practice using Trackman and Blast Motion to record hitting metrics. Pitchers were able to throw in simulated outings facing hitters during gameplay and were able to get numbers and metrics off of our Trackman unit, such as pitch velocity, spin rate, horizontal & vertical movement & much more. There were some players who showed up and continued to build off of prior performances, but there were also some new names who jumped onto our radar with a strong showing on Tuesday.

Continuing our post-event coverage for this event, we take a look at all of the outfielders from last Tuesday. Keep checking back over the next few days as we will continue to release scouting reports of all players present at the event.

Mason Truesdale, Billingsley (AL), 2025
Positional Profile: RHP/OF
Body: 6-1, 150-pounds. Leaner frame, plenty of room for development.
Hit: RHH. Tall balanced stance. Short compact swing..

Keaton Lance, Hartselle (AL), 2025

Hit: RHH. Tall athletic stance with quickness in the hands. Aggressive, quick swing.

Arm: RH.   OF - 87.00 mph. Shorter arm whip, over-the-top slot.
Defense: Works well through the ball, quick transfer to the throw.

Steven Cavaco, Huntsville (AL), 2025
Positional Profile: 1B/LHP
Body: 5-11, 164-pounds. Athletic, lean build, plenty of room for added development.
Hit: LHH. Slightly open stance, approach to all fields. Slight tilt in the bat path, creates juice to the middle of the field. 
Power: 95 max exit velocity, averaged 91.4 mph. 269’ max distance.
Arm: LH.  INF - 79.00 mph. OF - 83.00 mph. OF- Longer, high 3/4 slot with carry. INF-  Longer slot with carry, high 3/4 slot.
Defense: OF- Clean, fluid actions. Really athletic. INF- Fundamental actions, worked well around the bag at 1B.

Defense: Athletic through the throw. Really attacks the ball.

Riley Schutte, New Hope (AL), 2024
Positional Profile: LHP/OF
Body: 6-0, 175-pounds. Proportional frame with room for added size and strength.
Hit: RHH. Open stance. Short path, stayed in the middle of the field.
Power: 87 max exit velocity, averaged 80.8 mph. 334’ max distance.
Arm: LH.   OF - 74.00 mph. Longer strides to the ball, stays through the throw well.
Defense: Nice rhythm through the ball, attacks the ball well.
Run: 7.82 runner in the 60.

Alexander Bennett, Mobile Christian (AL), 2024
Positional Profile: OF/3B
Body: 5-11, 195-pounds. Athletic build with some strength throughout, room to add on more weight as he matures.
Hit: SH. Balanced approach from both sides. LH-  A little more movement in the swing,seemed to have more pop; Right- worked well to both gaps..
Power: 96 max exit velocity, averaged 89.4 mph. 359’ max distance.
Arm: RH.   OF - No throws at the event.
Defense: Did not field at the event.
Run: 7.35 runner in the 60.

RJ Brooks, Oxford (AL), 2024 
Positional Profile: OF/RHP 
Body: 6-1, 202-pounds. Athletic, well-proportioned frame with strength throughout. 
Hit: RHH. Open stance, short quick swing. Compact, short approach with the ability to hit to all fields.
