Scouting Report

1/27/18

Justin Breen is a 6-foot, 185-pound third basemen out of the Fort McMurray, now training with the Okotoks Dawgs Academy for his senior year. Breen has a big frame showing a good body to play the corner infield. At the plate Breen has shown raw power in the past with an aggressive swing from the right side, uses good plate awareness and discipline to work opposing pitchers and jump on mistakes. Soft hands on the infield with the arm strength to make difficult throws across the diamond. With Breen now training in Okotoks, there is nowhere to go but up as far strength and conditioning over this offseason. He is a must watch for schools looking to add a quality bat in the middle of the order next fall.
