2025 prospects

Reese Logsdon SS / RHP / Archbishop Murphy, WA / 2025

6’1, 170 with present strength and athletic build. Logsdon moves easily at SS with body control and tempo through the play. Smooth glove to hand exchange with a soft funnel as he receives the ball. Uses a hip hinge to work down to the ball and stays low easily. Loose arm action from ¾ slot. Offensively starts slightly open in a crouched set-up with upright posture. Gathers with a knee-knock load then takes a controlled forward stride. Hands pull back with a slight scap load to create stretch against front side. Hands stay tight and keep barrel inside of the ball. Gap to gap, line drive type power.

On the mound, pitches with a quicker paced delivery and repeatable actions. Gets into leg lift then works into stride phase with some quickness while keeping weight back and staying tall on backside. Maintains level shoulders at hand break with average stride length. Shorter arm action into a tight, compact release from 3’4 slot. Taller, upright finish out front with late hand speed through the ball. Commands FB to all quadrants of the zone. Creates spin out of hand easily. CH shows above average when thrown at its best.

Braden Bartholomae OF / C / Skyline, WA / 2025

5’10, 165 with pound for pound strength. Defensively plays an exceptional OF with quick reads off the bat and crisp routes with closing speed. Sound footwork when moving laterally. Easy exchange into throwing motion when working down to the ball. Athletic mover. Loose arm action with high ¾ slot. Accurate ball flight out of hand with carry. Offensively has always possessed exceptional bat to ball skills and has continually added more power with a great ability to impact the baseball. Starts tall, with upright posture and lower half open. Low leg lift to hover on backside as upper half rotates inward to create tension through core. Strong, quick hands. Barrel gets on plane early, covering depth in the zone with slight uphill finish late. Consistent line drive contact off the bat. Noticeable feel for hit.

Nate Kimmel SS / OF / Tahoma , WA / 2025

5’11, 180 with some stocky strength in the upper half. Footwork and actions play well on the INF. Capable of handling multiple spots on the dirt. Short, quick footwork when moving laterally. Shows some burst when working to his glove side/up the middle. Hips stay low to the ball. High exchange with tight, compact arm action and ¾ slot. At the plate, shows a smooth left-handed swing with emerging power and consistent lift. Added strength has him driving balls into the gaps more consistently. Uses a low, controlled leg lift with a shorter hand load. Few moving parts in the swing helps keep the barrel on time. Short bath to the ball with a higher, uphill finish. Middle of the field type approach with ability to lift the ball to his pull-side.
