PBR: What schools have expressed interest in you?

Borrman: St Thomas, Augustana, Concordia St. Paul, St. Scholastica, Winona State, Luther,  Minot State, Gustavus, and some jucos in Iowa j,

PBR: Have you taken any visits, or have any visits scheduled in the near future?

Borrman: Gustavus, St Thomas, Winona State.  Augustana soon

PBR: Are you looking for anything in particular in a school? (Example: high academics, certain academic program, local, etc.)

Borrman: High academics, because I want to be an orthopedic surgeon. Also decent size, strong baseball program, good atmosphere, good coaches. Somewhere I have the chance to compete at my highest level and improve as a player and a person. My dream school is the university of Iowa, I had the opportunity to meet the coaches and play in front of them at a camp, I also took a campus tour and loved it.

PBR: What were some of your highlights during your junior year?

Borrman: Hitting a walk-off in the state tournament, winning the 4A state championship with my high school Stillwater. We beat Cretin with my game winning triple.  I pitched in the Siebert league all fall against the top 18u teams as a 16-17 year old, I never let up a run and closed around 5 games.

PBR: What are your goals for this year?

Borrman: On a personal level I want to gain arm velocity and overall strength through weightlifting. I think this will help all parts of my game. On a team level I would love to win another state championship and I think we have the chance to do it as long as we work hard all season.

PBR: Do you play any other sports?

Borrman: I have played hockey my entire life, it might be my first year not playing to focus on baseball.

PBR: What is your ACT and GPA?

Borrman: ACT 29 so far I am planning on taking it once more and 3.75 GPA this will increase as I am taking all classes at a college this year and have all A’s
