Unsigned Senior Games - Rosters and Schedule posted

The Prep Baseball Report will be presenting the Unsigned Senior Games on August 9-10 at Lincoln-Way West High School in New Lenox, IL. The rosters are loaded with talent, featuring a number of the top ranked players in the Class of 2014.

Activities will begin with a showcase style workout starting at 9:00 AM, position players will check in at 8:20-8:40 AM. Position players will run 60’s, take batting practice and go through defensive evaluations. After the position player showcase is concluded teams will break up into their respective teams and play games. Games will begin around 1:00 PM and pitchers will check in from 11:20-11:40 AM.

Games will be played on two fields at Lincoln-Way West. At 1:00 both fields will be utilized with a game being played on each. At the conclusion of the first game we will play one more game with the final two teams. All pitchers will throw one inning each day, one on Friday and one on Saturday.

The schedule for the event is as follows:

Friday, August 9
Position Player Showcase
8:20-8:40 AM – Position Player Check-in
8:40-9:00 AM – Introduction and Stretch
9:00-12:00 AM – Position Player Workout
11:20-11:40 AM - Pitchers Check-In

1:00 PM - Team 1 vs. Team 2 (Field 1)
1:00 PM - Team 3 vs. Team 4 (Field 2)
3:30 PM - Team 5 vs. Team 6 (Field 1)

Saturday, August 10
Games
(Players to report 1 hour before game time)
Team 1 vs. Team 3, Field 1: 9:00 am
Team 2 vs. Team 5, Field 1: 11:30 am
Team 4 vs. Team 6, Field 1: 2:00 pm

The rosters for this event are loaded with uncommitted talent, from mid 80’s pitchers with feel to 6.6 runners, this event will have it all. This event also has a number of highly ranked players in attendance who will surely be ready to shine.
