Brett Sommers is a 5-foot-10, 225-pound RHP/1B/3B from Phoenixville HS. He will be showcasing his abilities at the PA Unsigned Senior Showcase on November 11 at the In the Net Sports Complex in Palmyra, PA. Sommers is coming off a strong 2012 high school season in which he hit above .300 and drove in 26 runs. He followed that up with 27 RBI during the summer while hitting above .400. Sommers showed power potential with three homeruns in the spring and two more over the course of the summer. Sommers, who had an equally impressive 2012 campaign on the mound, will be one of 12 pitchers who will showcase their abilities at the event.
