Arthur is a 5-foot-10, 180 pound senior from Cascade HS.  Behind the plate he shows good arm strength at 76 mph.  He produced the best pop time at the 2012 Unsigned Senior Event at Indiana Wesleyan, a 1.96.  At the plate Arthur displays quick hands with a raw swing, but does show power potential.
