The Prep Baseball Report Tennessee Unsigned Senior Games event took place at Rose Park in Nashville on September 28.  A total of 35 uncommitted seniors still looking for a home to continue their education and baseball careers participated in the event.  The following is a look at uncommitted OF Jacob Whitehair.

Scouting Notes: The 5-foot-11, 160-pound outfielder from Blackman HS displayed several skills at the Unsigned Senior Showcase. Throws with short, high-3/4 arm action. Finished the defensive portion of his workout with accurate throws with some line carry. Posted a 78 mph velocity from the outfield. Shows athletic actions. Sets up well with lower half. Works to get behind balls in the air and plays thru with soft hands and quick, clean transfer. Hits from a crouch with slight toe tap. Maintains good balance throughout swing. Level swing path with good extension. Good overall approach. Took solid round of bp, utilizing the entire field and barreling up several balls. 74 mph tee exit velocity. Strength gains during off-season should improve his opportunity to play at the next level.
