Updated Class of 2026 Player Rankings (September)

Thanks to a great spring and summer season, we had the opportunity to see numerous prospects and are updating each of our class rankings based off what we have seen.

Many names came off the board to some of the top programs around the nation, many new names came to the forefront of the recruiting scene, and many prospects improved their game.

That being said, we have had the pleasure of seeing a number of solid players this past year. Prospects are popping up left and right, making velocity jumps, improving 60-yard dash times and showing more power with the bat.

As the school year starts and with fall ball right around the corner, we will take a look at "The Risers", "The Sleepers", "Showcase Standouts", and some of the top uncommitted prospects by position.

The Risers

Cam Pallo RHP / SS / Forest Hills Eastern, MI / 2026

Pallo makes a jump in the rankings after playing a key piece in the pitching staff for state semifinalist Forest Hills Eastern, while adding onto his resume a strong summer. Pallo had a nice showing at Top Prospect Games and numerous outings at PBR Tournaments in June & July, running his fastball up to 87 mph on a few occasions. Wiry Sophomore features a ¾ arm slot with tail to the fastball with already impressive control of his pitches. Cam will look to take on a larger role come spring for FHE.

Jack Manzella SS / RHP / Fraser, MI / 2026

An intriguing 2-way player from Fraser has good athleticism and an improving arsenal on the mound. On the mound, he’s been seen as high as 86 mph with the fastball mowing down a plethora of hitters with good run into RHHs. High ceiling for Manzella as he continues his baseball journey at FHS.

New To The List

Cole Novara OF / RHP / Dexter, MI / 2026

Cole really caught our eye over the spring and summer. The younger brother of Wyatt, who is currently a Freshman at Michigan, profiles athletic movements with an already sub-7.00 60 yard dash and above average instincts in the outfield defensively.

Lennox Peacock RHP / 3B / Escanaba, MI / 2026

Peacock is an arm that coaches will want to keep tabs on as he progresses throughout his HS career for the Eskimos. An athletic mover with good arm speed has ability to spin and beat hitters with his fastball as he’s been up to 83 mph with his fastball.

Showcase Standouts

Kellen Ford OF / RHP / Hopkins, MI / 2026

Kellen is beginning to make a name for himself on the Michigan baseball season. Kellen features a projectable frame with a live arm into the midto-upper 80s from the outfield. Will continue to gain strength as he grows into his body.

Drake Roa SS / OF / Notre Dame, MI / 2026

A dynamic athlete with good hand speed at the plate while running well for size and class. Roa was a staple in the middle infield for the Fighting Irish at NDP this spring and gained valuable experience playing every game. His defense is one of the biggest strength of the game only committing two errors all spring on a young NDP squad. Look for Roa to make another jump in his development this offseason.
