It is with great excitement that we release to you today, our complete update to the VA/DC Class of 2026 rankings with our Top 75 release. Following today's Top 75 release, we will release a 50 To Follow list on Friday.

Now today we turn our attention to the newly expanded Top 75, including players ranked 26-35 in the list below. To go along with those ten players, we would like to highlight a few players included in the full Top 75.

Highlighting a few more new faces to the rankings, we would like to first turn to two Lynchburg products first. EC Glass has yet another intriguing young prospect in Tyler Ruhl. While the last two higher level players have been arms, Ruhl is an infielder that has continued to show well through the spring and summer. Toe tap load and keeps some rhythm in the swing. Hands are quiet pre-pitch and short to contact with a level path. More line drive, gap to gap tendencies with some doubles power. Athletic defender with solid actions up the middle.

The second Lynchburg area 2026 is Liberty Christian middle infielder, Bryce Torres. Torres is the younger brother of Boston Torres, who just graduated from LCA and is now at Cedarville. Bryce, like brother, has shown an advanced ability to hit for his age. Quiet and rhythmic load, length in the zone, and has shown the ability to adjust within counts. Athletic actions in the infield and the left handed hitting shortstop profile will garner plenty of interest going forward. Still has some strength and footspeed to improve upon, but the hitterish qualities are undeniable.

Another quality young arm out of NOVA is Osbourn City right-hander, Ethan Hudson. Hudson was at Summer State Games where he showed some electric arm speed and got the fastball up to 86 mph. Whippy three-quarter arm slot with big run on the fastball, averaging 15"-17" (up to 21.7") of run on the fastball through two outings on Trackman. Sweeping slider with well above average spin and has shown some feel for the zone. The 14"-16" of horizontal movement Hudson gets on the slider and the ability to land it for strikes gives him a quality out pitch, as well as showcased some feel for a firm changeup at 77-79 mph.
