In 2023, our staff would like to take a look at a Virginia/DC high school team that had a big week and earned the honor of Team Of The Week.

This week the award goes to the St. Alban's Saints. The Saints went 4-0 on the week, including big wins over #4 Colgan, Maryland Power 25 #8 DeMatha, and Jackson-Reed. Myles Upchurch had a complete game win over DeMatha, while Owen Basso stifled the Colgan offense, surrendering three hits in a complete game effort.
