Today we give you the week three update to the VA/DC Power25 rankings.

Not much changes at the top as our top five teams remain the same in Benedictine, St. John's, Grafton, Cosby, and Potomac. You'll see that St. John's did drop one game last week while at the IMG (Florida) tournament, and facing off against top opponents down south does not deter us from moving them down the ranks.

Three new faces enter the fold this week as Westfield, Nansemond River, and Stafford all enter the ranks for the first time this week. Westfield is off to a hot start at 5-0 but more importantly they have yet to allow a run in their five games.

Enough talk, lets take a look at the Power25 rankings 4/1/2019.
