Today we brign you our week three update to the VA/DC Power25 rankings.

Status quo in our top four teams as Benedictine, St. John's, Grafton, and Cosby all remain atop the rankings.

Our first new team in the top five is Battlefield as they move up one spot from previous No. 6 to our now No. 5 school.

Lots of small shifting moving around the rankings as plenty of teams move around from No. 11 down in the rankings. Three new faces enter the mix as Patriot, Hickory, and Brentsville all make the rankings for the first time this year.
