Prep Baseball Report

Welcome to PBR Tennessee

Tennessee - We Got it Covered

With great pleasure, we bring to you Prep Baseball Report Tennessee. Our mission in Tennessee mirrors that of other state-specific coverage: to provide the most comprehensive in-state information, to promote high school baseball and, ultimately help Tennessee prep athletes achieve their dreams of playing baseball at the next level. Our goal is to be the No. 1 resource for high school baseball in Tennessee.

Although it will take some time to achieve the status of our other 13 states, we are certain we have the right person to thoroughly, accurately and honestly cover Tennessee:

Doug Hall.

With his roots firmly entrenched in Tennessee, Hall graduated from Gallatin HS before going on to star at Volunteer State Community College in 1994-1995. He then attended the University of Alabama, where he helped the Crimson Tide to the College World Series in 1996. Hall was drafted in the sixth round by the Chicago Cubs in 1996, and remained in the Cubs organization through 1999. After playing two years of independent ball, Hall went on to become a coach and instructor for the Cincinnati Reds RBI Program for four years.

Now Hall will bring his baseball experiences and connections to Tennessee’s prep baseball scene. Hall will work tirelessly to bring to you the most comprehensive high school baseball information Tennessee has ever seen and provide coverage to all corners of the state. But with so much talent in Tennessee, he can’t do it alone. Please email him a [email protected] with college commitments, relevant news, and top players in your area.

Tennessee events will begin in August. Prep Baseball Report events are designed to give players the maximum exposure needed to advance to the next level. Not only will players receive high-level exposure from college coaches, but all players at events will be videotaped, and the edited performance will be hosted online. All players’ profiles, verified statistics and scouting reports can be searched in our expansive player database.

Our flagship state, Prep Baseball Report Illinois, was launched in 2005. Over the last 10 years, the Prep Baseball Report has evolved into the authoritative voice of high school baseball in Illinois. More than 450 colleges and pro scouts now subscribe to the Prep Baseball Report multimedia services. In 2008, we took the same promotional model to Indiana, and have since expanded into Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky, Wisconsin, West Virginia, Kansas, New York, Colorado, and Florida.

Now, we are thrilled to be your No. 1 source of high school baseball in Tennessee.
