Schneider had an impressive showing on the mound at the Evolution Baseball Scout Day. The 2025 RHP/SS has a low effort delivery with a long, loose arm. He was up to 76 mph with the fastball that had plenty of arm side run, averaging 15.2 inches of horizontal break. He tunneled two separate breaking balls well off of it, a slider that currently profiles more like a cutter, and a tight curveball with two-plane break. At the dish, he worked on a line to the big part of the field and to his pull-side. It’ll be interesting to see how his repertoire and ability on the mound translates in-game.
