Started in a balanced quiet stance with a smooth compact load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed was flashed present, had a short flat swing plane and good extension on his balanced finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found lots of barrels. Line drive base hit approach. Solid in the box, Morgan's best exit velocity was 90 mph. (65.1 mph bat speed average). (22.1 mph hand speed average). In the infield, his position velocity was registered at 80 mph; had a quick fluid exchange, athletic rhythmic footwork, and sure consistent hands. Started in a balanced quiet stance with a smooth small load, then used a controlled stride. Had average bat speed, short flat swing plane and high finish. He created a lot of loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive approach. Smooth in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 75 mph; has consistent athletic feet, a lengthy fluid exchange, and sure consistent hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot and a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Fluid on the mound, showing above average arm speed he used a consistent arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Displays even shoulders and a consistent balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Slider (68-70 mph).Produced a fastball that came in at 74-78 mph; has late action and command low in the zone with straight movement. Threw his 11/5 curveball (66-68) with command low in the zone and gradual action. His changeup (67-68) has sinking action and very consistent command.
