BAWS 2019 - Athletic build with tight high waist and length in legs (7.03 60yd). Starting hands at back shoulder, lifting back as he turns front leg with toe tap; allows direct hands to work at ball and quickly leave the zone with lift. Worked baseball to both sides of the field during BP flashing some carry into the oppo gap (84 EV). Showed that approach during the games with 3B into RCF (4.89T) and 1B that way also. Showed some athleticism in RF with high hops in load allowing long arm to have depth before high release keeping ball on the bag (81 MPH); good footwork during games able to get the ball in quickly.
3/15/19
Lean lithe athletic body at 5-foot-11 172-pounds, first noticed the arm during pregame then accurate one hop strike to 3rd base from centerfield early in the game. Loose arm, quick to the ball, quick release, tracked ball well on multiple plays and can definitely throw. Offensively worked middle of the field well, swing is easy, can improve timing vs better high school pitching as he was tardy vs 86-87
