Body: 6-1, 207 lbs. Larger build. Filled out upperhalf with strong legs.
Mechanics: Higher effort delivery. Drives hard down the mound. Lower half works well as he gets into a good hip hinge which is kept until footstrike and works in good direction toward home. Firm landing leg. Longer arm action that comes out the back. Accelerates as it comes up for some present arm speed and comes out of the ¾ slot. Had 5k in 2 scoreless.
FB: + spin for his velo which sat around 2400 rpm and got up to 2500 rpm. Showed nice late life in the zone which produced whiffs when thrown up in the zone. Had some trouble locating at times but found his groove.
SL: Harder slider that was tunneled well and kept the same armspeed. Flashed some decent spin with max at 2382 rpm. Effective against RHHs.
CH: Higher spin CH. Kept the same armspeed. Straight change with some late diving movement.

vs Granada HS - Uncommitted; Stout strong build, compact proportions, bulldog demeanor, overhand slot, pinches knee to waist while showing 6-cleat in stride leg, fairly high effort contributes to bouts of wildness but not huge misses. FB was 85-86, T87 in this one, best to the glove side, has ability to get swings and misses up in the zone, tight smaller slider 76-78 mph that when thrown well had downer and darting action with multiple swings and misses for strikeouts. Also appeared to mix in a number of quality split/changes with wobbly rotation and some diving depth 75-78 mph. Walks and being forced into the zone hurt him a bit in this outing, which was the first game of the HS season.

Positional Profile: RHP Body: 6-1, 197-pounds. Fuller body type, broad, has some natural power in lower half. Delivery: Big pinch of lead knee over rubber showing cleat to catcher, gathers power prior to long stride. Arm Action: RH. Long circle on backside, gets to overhand slot, has above average arm speed, some inconsistencies in repeating the arm stroke and release point. FB: T85, 83-84 mph. Flashes as potential upper 80s FB, can spin it and maintain plane, fairly straight, control is inconsistent but there is a bigger FB in his future. CB: 73-74 mph. Shows consistent feel, quick two plane break, late action capable of getting swings/misses. SL: 73-74 mph. Slightly firmer and smaller than CB, usable as a steal strike pitch to also set up bigger sharper CB, has feel of this. CH: 76-77 mph. Creates more arm side movement than w/FB, release height consistent with FB release, maintains arm speed, can be an abv avg offering.
Positional Profile: OF Hit: RHH. Traditional set-up, knee lift to load backside, bars lead arm, maintains balance, leverage against stride leg, sizeable stride. Flat to contact with upward angle through finish, strong hands, has power to pull side; 17.8 max rotational acceleration, 51% on plane, 45.5% LD/FB%. Power: 90 mph exit velocity in live BP via TrackMan. Max hand speed 21.9 (avg 20.32), max bat speed 69.7 (65.46 avg). Arm: RH. OF - 89 mph. Loose strong arm, has carry, can speed up his release, arm that can threaten aggressive runners. Defense: Fairly light and bouncy feet, release and approach to ball are fair, got caught in between with feet on occasion, profiles as LF regarding range. Run: 7.81 runner in the 60.

Bay Area World Series 2020 (BAWS) - Uncommitted; Physical/durable type body, workhorse comes to mind. Three pitch mix w/each pitch complementing the other, giving him strikeout stuff. FB peaked at 87 w/max 2504 spin, SL 74-78 mph (max 2382 spin) w/feel of CHG that has late fade in zone.
