Fresno Easter Classic 4/15 - 4/17/2019 - Wide shoulders and large frame; lean, strong build that can keep adding. Showed a strong arm with ability to keep the ball on the bag and some arm-side run (2.06-2.14 Pop in between). Swing has times where it gets long, but did a great job of shortening up when behind in the count and staying on the baseball well; drove a 2B into RCF to help take the lead and finished 3-4. / 2nd viewing: showed well with his overall game. Does an excellent job blocking balls and keeping them in front giving him a chance at the play. Medium/large frame that is lean, athletic, and shows room for added growth. Arm is average - popped 2.01 - 2.12 between innings - with accuracy. At the plate the swing can get a little long at times but he shows feel for the barrel and the ability to keep it on plane through the zone.
