2/16/20

5-foot-10, 163-pound, average athletic frame, longer neck, sloped shoulders, wider back, well proportioned athlete. A right-handed pitcher, who worked out at 3rd base and hits from the right side as well. Off the mound, higher hand set, athletic leg lift, separates away from frame, with some collapse on the back side. The arm action is longer, working from a 3/4 to lower slot. The fastball was at clocked at 70 mph, located to both sides of plate, 2-seamer has minimal arm side run. The breaking ball is bigger in shape, more slurve action, clocked at 61-63 mph, thrown for strikes. Offensively, even feet, loose hands, flat setup with bat. The swing is flat through the zone, more of a pull approach, tee exit velocity was clocked at 76 mph, ran a 4.51 home to 1st. Defensively, threw 68 mph across the diamond, gets rid of it quickly, no wasted movement. The backside could be used a bit more, will help the flow of the release. Strength and a regimented throwing program, will aid in a velocity jump.

Tee Exit Velocity: 76 mph

Arm Velocity: 68 mph

Home to 1st: 4.51
