5-foot-9, 165-pound, smaller, stronger, thick athletic frame. A well proportioned athlete, hands and wrists have good strength to him. A right-handed hitter, the hands are held slightly higher, back elbow gets extended, with bat starting in more of a vertical position. The lower half is inline at shoulder width, for timing uses a smooth higher leg kick. The swing is down to level to up, approach is more middle to pull side, its short and quick to the baseball, no wasted movement. Showed the ability to barrel the baseball up consistently, had a tee exit velocity of 77 mph and ran a 4.52 on a dig to first base. Defensively, threw 75 mph from outfield from a longer path out of a higher slot. Attacked the baseball under control, used more of a shuffle for the transfer, throws were on target. Potential to hit at the next level, strength will aid in the development.
