6-foot, 205-pound, thick, durable pitchers frame, lower half is strong. The back and shoulders are wide. Second event for this left-hander, threw the ball very well. The delivery is simple and repeats it with ease. Tempo and timing are good, the leg raise is under control and gets to a good gather. The arm action has average length and works freely, ball comes out of a ¾ slot. During his outing loaded the zone up with strikes, with all three pitches. The fastball was clocked at 74-77 mph, up a tick from last event. The breaking ball was his best pitch by far, had depth, tilt and was located well one after another. Clocked at 61-64 mph. The change up showed proper fade to arm side, clocked at 66 mph. Times to the plate were 1.6, could be quicker. The arm works and there is more in the arm, could speed up motion, to accelerate the arm. Left-handers who throw strikes with secondary pitches are hard to hit.

6-foot, 205-pound, thick athletic frame. A durable pitcher’s frame, with the back being wide and lower half strong. A left-handed pitcher, the delivery has easy effort, clean and repeatable. The hands have tempo to them, separation is on time and direction is inline. The arm action is short and clean, fastball was located well to the glove side and was clocked at 73-76 mph, comes out of a ¾ slot. The changeup is by far his best pitch, is thrown for strikes, has some fade to it and is sold with good arm speed. Clocked at 68-69 mph. The breaking ball has some sweeping break to it, clocked at 63-64 mph. The arm has more in there, if body gets moving quicker, stays strong on backside more in tank. Pitched two quality innings.
