Devin Montesano: 2B/RHP, (2027) Darien, CT. 5-foot-11, 150-pound. (79.5 mph bat speed average). (22.9 mph hand speed average). Started in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a quick stride. Had present bat speed, loose uphill swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid recorded an outfield position velocity of 78 mph; has quick feet, soft hands, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Showed a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. On the mound, showed quick arm speed with a loose clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and shows some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 1879; Avg 1820). Had gradual action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 1831; Avg 1674).
