Eliot Kwan: RHP/SS, (2026) Roger Ludlowe, CT. 5-foot-11, 165-pound lean athletic frame. Solid projectable at the plate, the right-handed hitter clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. (61.3 mph bat speed average). (20.2 mph hand speed average). Sets up in a wide balanced stance with a rhythmic load. Bat speed was quick, showed a loose upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Through his round he found some barrels with loud contact. Gap to gap up the middle approach. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 78 mph; had a clean exchange, soft hands, and athletic smooth footwork. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a short compact arm action with a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, showed quick arm speed with a high ¾ arm angle and a short loose arm action. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who shows easy effort. In line shoulders with an strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-80 mph; had sinking action and arm side control. (Max spin 2139; Avg 1871). His changeup (70-72) had fading swing and miss action and arm side control. Throws a 2/8 slider (68-70) that shows late tight action and down in the zone command. (Max spin 2074; Avg 2074). Solid feel for pitching, 3 pitch mixer.
