Jack Shweky: RHP/SS, (2028) Berlin, CT. 5-foot-3, 126-pound athletic solid frame. Above average in the box, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 80 mph. (62.3 mph bat speed average). (18.4 mph hand speed average). Began in an athletic balanced stance with a tight compact load, then used a small leg kick. Had a short upward swing plane, quick bat speed and high finish. He found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Pull side approach. Projectable in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 67 mph; shows a clean exchange, soft hands, and quick feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a short arm action and a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, had a high ¾ arm angle and a short loose arm action with good arm speed. Stretch only type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has in line shoulder with an strong balance point. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 68-70 mph; has sinking action and arm side command. (Max spin 1824; Avg 1715). His changeup (60-61) showed arm side command and fading action. Threw a 2/8 slider (57-60) that showed down in the zone command and late action. (Max spin 1724; Avg 1580).
