Above average advanced in the box, the left-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 83 mph. (62.8 mph bat speed average). (18.4 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic tall stance with a tight compact load, then used a short controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, displayed a simple upward swing plane and high good extension on his finish. Through his round he found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Gap to gap line drive approach. Projectable while in the infield, made throws up to 72 mph; had soft hands, a clean natural exchange, and smooth footwork. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing. Used a high ¾ slot with a short arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Smooth swing, solid feel for hitting.
