5-foot-4, 130-pound, smaller, stronger athletic frame. Good strength for his size, hands and wrists have strength to them. A left-handed hitter, feet are even at shoulder width, hands are set at shoulder height, relaxed and loose. For timing uses a higher leg kick, gains ground, backside is involved. The swing is down to level to up, made hard contact, all day. The approach is more line drive, working the baseball from the middle to pull side of the field. The legs are above average, ran a 4.34 down the line and had a tee exit velocity of 77 mph. Defensively, projects more behind the plate, works low to the ground, hands are strong and soft on the catch. The arm is clean, works from a ¾ slot, clocked at 71 mph, with a pop time of 2.09-2.31. The transfer and exchange are quick, good feet, right foot replaces left foot. Showed to a have some recoil in arm, let it finish all the way, let backside come through. Solid low target to throw to, quick scramble ups on the dirt balls. At shortstop, arm was clocked at 74 mph, feet moved throughout. Showed good athletic ability on the pro move. Will be interesting to see the progress over the next year.
