7-24-17

6-foot-2, 180-pound, longer, lean, strong athletic frame. The shoulders are squared off, has room to fill out add mass and weight, should be physical at some point. A right-handed hitting outfielder, the stance is wide and even, hands start above the shoulders, with bat in a flat position. The lower half could be engaged more, uses a no stride approach, back side could have more drive to it. The swing is down to level, finishes with two hands. The hands cast slightly, could shorten a tick in the beginning. The tee exit velocity was clocked at 80 mph, and ran an easy 4.52 down the line, long strider. The approach was more middle to opposite.  Defensively, the arm action is long and clean on the back side, works out of a high ¾ slot. The arm was clocked at 72 mph, slightly throwing the baseball uphill. The footwork was more of a shuffle in the transfer, short strider, could lengthen a bit, will help with getting baseball out front, will aid in the velocity. Interesting athlete.

Home-First: 4.52

Exit Velocity: 80 MPH

Arm Velocity: 72 MPH

6-foot-2, 171-pound, big, long, very athletic frame. The neck is long, shoulders are sloped, has room to fill out and put weight on, should be very physical at some point. A right-handed hitting outfielder, had a very good performance in game play, made hard loud contact all day. The stance is wide and even, hands are held at shoulder height, hands get separation from the body during the loading process. For timing uses a minimal stride, swing is level across his chest, finishes with two hands above his shoulders. The hands have strength, baseball jumps off the bat, approach is more middle to pull, tee exit velocity was clocked at 82 mph and ran a 4.71, from home to first, has an athletic kick to him. Defensively, has athletic steps in the outfield, showed good routes and angles, transfer is more of a shuffle, feet are quick. The arm action is longer, works from a higher slot, clocked dat 71 mph. Good looking athlete, arm needs to gain strength, shows the ability to get the barrel to the baseball.

Home-First: 4.71

Exit Velocity: 82 MPH

Arm Velocity: 71 MPH
