6-foot-1, 210-pound, solid, thick athletic frame. Strength throughout, already filling out. A right-handed pitcher, recovering from an arm injury, showed well, gaining strength and trending in the correct direction. The delivery, is simple and repeats it with ease. The hands start and stay high, the lift is athletic and higher. The separation is on time, minimal pull with lead arm, is squared up to plate on release. The extension is out front on release of the baseball. The arm works from a ¾ slot, opens it early at times on the backside The fastball was clocked at 75 mph, living in the bottom part of the strike zone, with cut to the fastball at times. Showed feel for a change up at 69-70 mph. The breaking ball showed more horizontal break, acts like a slower, smaller slider, clocked at 64-66 mph. Look for him to continue to build arm strength with increased velocity.
