The hands are set at shoulder height, bat starts in a loaded tilted position. The swing is short and level to and through the baseball, finishing high with one hand. The approach is more to the pull side, had a tee exit velocity of 79 mph, more in there with added strength. The sixty-yard dash time was good at 7.02, a long strider, ran well on a slow track. From the outfield, arm was clocked at 65 mph. The arm action has average length, throws uphill, needs to lengthen stride and get release out front. The angles and routes tracking the baseball were correct, uses more of a shuffle during transfer. Strength and added game play will aid in his development.
