Tyler Boucher: LHP/1B, (2026) Glastonbury High School, CT. 6-foot-1, 145-pound slim athletic build. Projectable at the plate, Boucher clocked an exit velocity of 81 mph. Started in a balanced wide stance with a smooth load, then used a short stride. Bat speed is quick, displays a loose upward swing plane and high finish. He found multiple barrels with loud contact. Up the middle line drive approach. Projectable solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 71 mph; shows a clean exchange, soft hands, and smooth feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. Consistent accuracy to the bag, used a loose arm action and a ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.19. Projectable on the mound, showed good arm speed with a long loose arm action and a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who uses easy effort. Shows downhill in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic falling off finish. Threw his fastball 72-74 mph; shows arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 1981; Avg 1865). Throws a 11/5 curveball (61-65) that has slurvey action and glove side control. (Max spin 2183; Avg 2052). His changeup (68-70) shows fading swing and miss action and arm side control. Shows projection on both sides of the field.
