Brett Fangiullo: RHP/3B, (2027) Windsor High School, CT. 165-pound athletic proportional frame. Solid projectable at the plate, Fangiullo clocked an exit velocity of 84 mph. (62.8 mph bat speed average). (20.5 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic balanced stance with a rhythmic load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was above average, had a loose upward swing plane and high finish. Had loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. Above average while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 75 mph; had smooth footwork, soft hands, and a clean exchange. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Used a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Projectable on the mound, showed a short loose arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with quick arm speed Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher who shows easy effort. During his delivery balance point is tall with in line shoulders. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 76-77 mph; showed arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 1909; Avg 1816). His curveball (60) has early slurvey action and down in the zone command. (Max spin 1642; Avg 1587). His changeup (71-72) has fading action and arm side command.
