Dion Hightower III: RHP/OF, (2028) Windsor High School, CT. 145-pound athletic strong build. Above average projectable during batting practice, the hitter clocked an exit velocity of 90 mph. Started in a wide open stance with a rhythmic load, then used a controlled stride. Has electric bat speed, loose level swing plane and good extension on his front foot finish. Found multiple barrels with tons of loud contact. Pull side approach. Solid projectable in the outfield, his throws to the bases were maxed out at 72 mph; had soft hands, a clean exchange, and developing footwork. Laterally, movements were average and fielded the ball out front. Consistent accuracy to the bases, used a loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, used a ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action while showing developing arm speed. Slow-tempo drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Balance is tall point with an in line shoulders in his delivery. Lands square with an athletic finish. Sat with his fastball at 72-73 mph; shows sinking action and arm side command.
