Lucas Meinelt: OF/LHP, (2025) Greenwich High School, CT. 6-foot-1, 170-pound athletic strong frame. Above average projectable at the plate, Meinelt's best exit velocity was 90 mph. (68.3 mph bat speed average). (22.4 mph hand speed average). Begins in an athletic balanced stance with a tight compact load, then uses a short controlled stride. Bat speed is raw, uses a loose level swing plane and high finish. He barreled up multiple balls with tons of loud contact. Pull side aggressive approach. Above average in the outfield, his best throws to the infield topped out at 82 mph; showed a quick exchange, athletic smooth feet, and soft hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot with a short loose arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the base. In the 60-yard dash, his time was 7.47.
