10/8/16:  6-foot, 155 pound shortstop ran a 6.76 laser timed 60 yard dash.  Quick footwork defensively, average hands.  Throws from a 3/4 slot.  Topped 73 across infield.  Hits from tall, open setup.  Slight leg kick, hands load back with a slight armbar.  Long, level path.  High exit velocity of 75mph.

9/24/16:  The 5-foot-10 150 pound infielder showcased above average hands and a clean exchange up the middle.  Arm action is short and throws from a high-3/4 slot.  Throws topped at 75mph across the infield.  Offensively, Hartman hits from a tall setup and a slight leg kick.  Lower half gets partiall involved.  Bat speed is average.  Path is long, slightly uphill.  Hartmna ran a 7.16 60yd dash.
