7/17/18:  Athletic 2019 MIF prospect with some twitch in his tool set. Hits from the left side, tall slightly open athletic setup in the box. Tended to land on front side early and rhythm in swing was choppy. When on time swing looked the part, showed good feel for the barrel using all parts of the field. Bat path was slightly uphill creating leverage. Uses lower half well throughout swing and stays balanced. Posted an exit velo of 77. In the INF showed fluid footwork playing through the baseball. Fielded everything out in front and showed clean exchange across the diamond. Arm is average at 79 across the diamond, interesting unsigned 2019.

5-foot-10, 150 pound second baseman hits from open, athletic setup, lower half works through the baseball. Level to slight uphill bat path, gets good extension pull side. Active lower half, creates separation with big stride forward, head changes planes with small dive. Hands get buried at times under back shoulder with barrell straight up, maintains good balance throughout. Scrappy approach, good barrel control and hands work. Defensive actions play, plays low and athletic through the baseball. Hands are soft, low arm slot across the diamond, average arm strength to first base. Tendency to field baseball on right side of body.
