9/20/15: PITCHING- 5-foot-10, 140 pounds pitches from a low ¾ arm slot with average arm speed.  Long arm action.  Shows some rhythm with level shoulders and good direction.  Fastball was occasional run at 71-73.  Breaking ball shows an 11/5 shape with gradual movement at 60-61.  Changeup shows sink and fade, but erratic in the zone at 64-67.  

CATCHING- 5-foot-10, 140 pounds, showed soft hands when receiving, could widen his feet out for more stability in his stance. Popped between 2.38 and 2.40 with a velocity of 67.  Needs to work on staying down, deleting the extra jab step with his feet and working a more direct transfer.  At the plate hits from a tall, narrow setup.  Tendency to spin. Bat path is level.  Hard contact, line drive hitter.  Recorded a high exit velocity of 77 mph off the tee.
