Gasser was a major catalyst hitting in the three hole in Razorbacks Navy’s championship run throughout the weekend. The shortstop was regularly on base throughout, finishing the five games going 8-for-14 with eight RBI’s, two doubles and two runs scored.

Hit: (RHH) Fluid. Begins in a tall narrow stance with a smooth high load, then uses a toe tap stride. Good extension on his finish, simple loose swing. Gap to gap approach.
Power: 84.3 mph exit velocity, average 72.3 mph. 60.0 mph bat speed average. 19.3 mph hand speed average.
Defense: (IF) Sure hands, athletic footwork, clean exchange. Athletic. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front.
