6/12/18: 2020 RHP athletic frame, pitches from high ¾ arm slot. Repeats mechanics well with good tempo to the plate. Slight tilt at peak of delivery with shoulders uphill then works down. Arm actions is loose, easy and quick. Located FB to either side of the plate for strikes. FB sat 82-84 with more in the tank. Also flashed a late breaking CB for strikes at 72-73 that he showed some feel for. Interesting 2020 to follow.

2/24/18:  6-foot-1, 180 pound right-handed pitcher was up to 85 with the fastball, sitting 83-85 for strikes.  Slight tail, well commanded to the arm side.  Throws a heavy ball.  Breaking ball has 11/5 shape with some depth at 72-73.  Cutter has some late turn at 75-79.  Potential plus pitch for him.  Change-up featured some arm side fade.  Delivery has good tempo and pace.  Lower half stays in line, finishes athletically.  Clean arm swing into a high 3/4 slot.  Strike thrower who showed the ability to change speeds.

10.14.17: 6-foot-1, 160 pound sophomore uses an athletic delivery with good rhythm and effort down the mound. High ¾ arm slot with clean, loose arm action. Good direction and athletic finish, with level shoulders and good balance. Fastball sat 78-79, topping at 81 thrown straight and for strikes. Curveball was thrown at 64-65 with good 10/4 shape, and the slider at 67-69. Changeup had arm side run and fade at 68-71.

60 Time: 7.49, Position Velocity: INF-78, Exit Velocity: 77. 6-foot-1, 160 pound sophomore corner infielder works from wide, compact setup using level line drive approach to middle/pull side. Simple leg lift to start and load, short stride with small dive towards the plate. Over rotates and finishes heavy on back side, lower half partial rotation to collapse to finish. Upper half gets good extension through contact with level to uphill bat path through the baseball. Athletic defender at the corner, plays low and through the baseball with average arm strength across the diamond. Plenty of carry with accuracy to play position. Average glove to field, small stab at the baseball on backhand, clean fluid exchange to get rid.
