5-foot-10, 175 pound junior catcher hits from a compact setup from the right side, with short level bat path. Simple load to toe tap, generates average bat speed with simple effort actions. Small hand load to the back shoulder, short to the baseball and short out of the hitting zone, inconsistent bat path. Average gap to gap approach. Behind the plate, travels with the baseball to second base, long exchange to finish well out in front of plate. Low arm slot with front side spin, ball runs away from second base. Delivered inaccurate throws to the right of the bag, two hand catch, pop times were 2.12-2.22. Sits low in stance to receive with average glove action, late to spot to catch at times, struggled getting to balanced position with consistency to block the baseball.

Pitching: High ¾ righthander worked closed shoulders and front stride foot down the mound, landed closed and struggled getting through front side. Spun to finish. Arm action was clean with small hook at the top, fastball was 74-75, topping at 76, 2-seam and 4-seam both stayed arm side inner half of plate. Curveball was a spinner, thrown at 68-70, backed up out of the hand and stayed inner half of the plate. Mixed in a splitter at 68-72, had downward sinking action that was thrown with decent arm speed.
