7/19/16 A 5-foot-11, 170-pound right-handed pitcher and infielder with a lean frame. Short arm action into high-3/4 release with average arm speed, and some effort. Some rhythm, level shoulders, in-line direction, lands square, and finishes athletic. Fastball sat 77-81 mph slight run. Breaking ball showed 10/4 shape, near fastball arm speed and early break at 63-64 mph. Also showed a changeup with near fastball arm speed and fade action at 71-72 mph. Right-handed hitter that hits from balanced setup, smooth load, leg kick, and solid lower half. Line-drive type hitter with some rhythm, in and out path, and bat speed that produced an exit velocity of 74 mph. Solid defender with average hands, solid footwork, and clean exchanges. Short arm action into high-3/4 release with accuracy on throws that produced a positional velocity of 75 mph. Also posted an 8.4 60 yard dash.
