Jack Shapiro: OF/RHP, (2026) Boston Latin Academy, MA. 6-foot-2, 180-pound projectable athletic build. Projectable and athletic during batting practice, Shapiro's best exit velocity was 88 mph. (63.3 mph bat speed average). (21.9 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced wide stance with a controlled load, then uses a small stride. Had a flat loose swing plane, developing bat speed and level finish. Created loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 81 mph; had developing soft hands, developing athletic footwork, and a natural exchange. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a high ¾ slot and a loose arm action. Recorded a time of 7.03 in the 60-yard dash.
