Right-handed hitting first baseman that jumped on the mound during the event as well. The mound work was that of a reliever. The slot drops to a low-¾ angle and he has made himself into a matchup guy. The angle is from behind the right-handed hitter. The fastball has arm-side run to it, sitting 78 mph. The fastball gets away from him at times, needs to make sure he doesn't pull off the target with his glove to soon. The slider is 69 mph, a good pitch in the making. The changeup is a work in progress, sitting at 72-73 mph. Tracking his front shoulder to foot strike is imperative for this pitcher. Positionally, tee exit velocity of 87 mph. The bat has life to it, although he struggled in the game, swinging through a bunch of secondary stuff. The set up is even footed, as he picks up and puts down the front foot. The path is long and sweeps through the zone at this point. Needs to free up his hands and let them work, they are good. Good feet around the bag, glove is solid and can make any throw.

Right-handed hitting first baseman, who pitches and is athletic enough to kick to the outfield. Very skilled player with advance tools. At first, showed a solid glove with plenty foot speed. The arm works, threw 79 mph across the diamond. At the plate, showed a flat path to the ball with plus life in his hands. Tee exit velocity of 85 mph. The swing shows good power potential, leading you to believe he could get himself to second base, either with the bat or with his foot speed. On the mound, he shows a slightly higher than ¾ arm slot. The fastball has a downward plane to it, touching 76 mph. The breaking ball is 11/7 and got to 69 mph. The changeup is a work in progress at 70 mph. Could be a reliever at the next level.
