6-foot-1, 160-pound, long, lengthy and then athletic frame. The shoulders are sloped, has plenty of room to fill out and put weight on. A right-handed pitcher, the delivery is under control, simple and gets himself to a good gather. The separation is clean, the stride has good length, inline and is on time. The arm action is longer on the backside, slightly opens it early. The arm slot is ¾ too high ¾, creates above average sink to the arm side. The fastball was 80-82 mph, located well to both sides of the plate. The breaking ball acts like a slider to a slurve, clocked at 75 mph, has good velocity to it and got some swings and misses with it. Times in the stretch are slightly longer at 1.70, needs to quicken up the delivery. During game, worked quick, had good tempo with poise on the mound. Look for him to take a jump in the next year, plenty more in his arm, strength is needed, good looking arm, solid follow.

Lanky right-handed pitcher, standing 6-foot-1, 160-pounds. The arm works clean and the ball comes out nicely. The fastball has arm side run to it, sitting at 80-82. The command of the ball was good in the outing. The spin pitch is slurvy and shows the makings of being a good one. Spun the ball at 72 mph with tilt and depth. The change up is a work in progress, sitting 73-74 mph. Pitches out of a 3/4 arm slot and the backside of the arm swing is long and fluid. The direction to the plate has pull to it, as he needs to track his front shoulder to foot strike. 1.22 to the plate out of the stretch, doing a nice job with the running game. I like the projection, as this guy is just starting to tap into his potential. With a weight room regimen and additional body weight he could develop nicely at the next level.
