Max Aikins: RHP/1B, (2025) Hanover, MA. 5-foot-10, 160-pound athletic projectable build. Projectable and athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 86 mph. (67.1 mph bat speed average). (22.3 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed was developing, had a simple level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Found multiple barrels with loud contact. Pull side aggressive approach. Athletic while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 76 mph; has developing consistent feet, a natural exchange, and developing soft hands. Movements laterally were athletic developing and he fields the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot with consistent accuracy to the base. Clocked a 60 time of 7.5 at the event. Capable on the mound, used a high ¾ arm angle and a consistent arm action while showing developing arm speed. Feel type pitcher and used some effort. Showed consistent balance point and in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Threw his fastball 74-75 mph; has running action and arm side control. (Max spin 2102; Avg 2054). Showed sweeping action and glove side control on his curveball (63-64). (Max spin 2039; Avg 1923).
