Max Boehm: RHP/3B, (2027) Wellesley, MA. 6-foot-1, 158-pound athletic projectable frame. Projectable and athletic at the plate, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 89 mph. (70.1 mph bat speed average). (20.5 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Has quick developing bat speed, uphill loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. During his round he produced loud contact and found lots of barrels. Gap to gap aggressive approach. Athletic and projectable while in the infield, made throws up to 78 mph; showed a natural exchange, developing soft hands, and developing athletic feet. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were developing athletically. Showed consistent accuracy to the bag and a loose arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.47 at the event. Projectable and athletic on the mound, had a loose consistent arm action and a ¾ arm angle with developing quick arm speed. Feel type pitcher who shows some effort. In his delivery his balance point is tall with in line shoulders. Lands closed with a falling off finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 79-80 mph; has command arm side around the zone and running action. (Max spin 2013; Avg 1910). Has sweeping action and glove side around the zone command on his curveball (65-66). (Max spin 2522; Avg 2415).
